Last Updated: June 26, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TenantSaaS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Description of Service

TenantSaaS provides a Laravel and Filament Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform with features such as authentication, teams, subscriptions, projects, tasks, dashboards, developer tools, and related platform workflows for developers and businesses building or operating SaaS products.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Teams & Organizations

TenantSaaS may allow users to create or join teams and organizations. Team owners and administrators are responsible for managing member access, roles, permissions, billing decisions, and content within their workspace.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans, renewals, taxes, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by the subscription terms shown at checkout or in your billing area. Payment processing may be handled securely by providers such as Paddle and Stripe. You authorize applicable recurring charges when you subscribe to a paid plan.

License to Use

Subject to these terms, TenantSaaS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

Intellectual Property

TenantSaaS, including its brand, interface, code, content, design, and related materials, is owned by TenantSaaS or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, and provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse TenantSaaS, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious code, abuse billing or authentication systems, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the platform to harm others.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your content, workspace configuration, user permissions, compliance obligations, account security, and ensuring your use of TenantSaaS follows applicable laws and agreements.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to TenantSaaS, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party providers, infrastructure issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantSaaS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.

Account Suspension

We may suspend account or workspace access if we believe there is a security risk, payment issue, violation of these terms, legal requirement, or activity that may harm TenantSaaS, users, or third parties.

Termination

You may stop using TenantSaaS at any time. We may terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the platform, or where required by law. Certain provisions will survive termination where necessary.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of TenantSaaS after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business location of TenantSaaS, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
